“Eagles’ Elliott’s Magic Amid Sideline Shake-Up”

 

 

024 NFL season was the year of Jake Elliott appreciation (and for good reason). The Eaglesand#039; kicker proved his clutch genes in the first 14 weeks of the season. Heand completed 23 of 25 attempts – 4 of 40 yards or more, 6 of 7 of 50 yards or more, and had a career-high 61 yards against the Vikings in Week 2. Eagles fans have known about Elliottand’s greatness since he joined the team as a rookie during the 2017 Super Bowl run, but it was nice to see him get some national recognition as well. His arrival on Monday Night Football in Seattle only adds to his stature.

It was announced over the weekend that senior advisor to Eagles general manager and general manager Dom DiSandro has been sidelined for the remainder of the 2023 regular season. DiSandro got into an altercation with 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw during the second half of Philly’s Week 13 game. He was suspended from last week’s game against Dallas while the NFL continued to investigate the incident. Although the head can still travel with the team, he will not be allowed on the sidelines for the final four.
