Miles Killebrew Shines in Pro Bowl Skill Challenge: Catches Six NFL Footballs Simultaneously
The NFL Pro Bowl gives some of the league’s biggest stars a chance to come together in one place and enjoy a competition of skills and football while earning a nice vacation in Orlando, Florida. But not all players are famous. Many obscure players who have played in the Pro Bowl over the years have been selected for their skills on special teams units such as punting and punting.
The most famous player to fit this mold recently is longtime New England Patriot Matthew Slater. Slater made five All-Pro teams and ten Pro Bowls during his sixteen-year career in New England. His position is officially wide, but he has one catch in his entire career.Anna Pittsburgh Steelers special teams aka Miles Killebrew.
He earned his spot in the Pro Bowl with a standout season this year, and the eighth-year running back earned a spot in the Pro Bowl, a series of skill challenges pitting the AFC against the NFC.One of the skill tests was to score as many “punk” points as possible by knocking down the balls previously required of the player. Miles Killebrew has caught an incredible six NFL footballs without dropping one. This is an incredible strategy. He must have thought about how he was going to do this, and maybe even practiced beforehand.
Knowing you have to wait until the last minute to put the ball between your feet and then drop when it’s closed is next level thinking.I’m not sure how many have ever played NFL football, but they’re pretty big. They are about 11 inches long and about 28 inches in circumference. Driving six of them at the same time is really crazy!.
