Purdy Optimistic After Setback, Eyes Strong Finish

Brock Purdy doesn’t wait long. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback has a miserable performance against the Baltimore Ravens.

Purdy was also injured during the game, which made things a little worse. But from the way he talks, it doesn’t seem like he’s been gone long. Purdy commented on his recovery process before San Francisco’s meeting with the Washington Chiefs.

Purdy and the Niners hope to finish the season strong and bounce back from Monday night’s loss. As for his status, Purdy didn’t seem worried.

“No, it was good. It was just dealt with a lot and everything,” the 49ers quarterback said of his shoulder injury. But it feels good, so I’m good in this game.”

Here it is. Purdy put together an impressive season for a guy picked last in the NFL draft. She remained strong despite countless criticisms.

He has been talked about as the MVP this year, although Christian McCaffrey might seem like a better choice. That’s what being a quarterback gives you.
