Seattle Seahawks safety Julian Love had a defining moment in his first season in the Emerald City on Monday night. The Seahawks came into the game against the Philadelphia Eagles in desperate need of a win, having lost four straight and their playoff hopes fading. Things looked bad for Seattle in the fourth quarter, but then Love came to the rescue. The former New York Giants safety beat his old rival with two massive interceptions.

 

The first came on Jalen Hurts’ deep bomb intended for Quez Watkins in the end zone, and while Seattle didn’t score on its next drive, it was huge in keeping Philadelphia off the scoreboard. As if that wasn’t enough, he flew across the field for his second interception of the quarter and iced the game in the final seconds.
